Eligibility to become a MSCA partner:

An organisation from either one of these categories; (i) industry, (ii) academia, (iii) the Malaysian Government, (iv) NGO.
Subscribes to the cause of MSCA as outlined in the Vision and Mission.
Is associated with Smart City related planning, development, research, consultancy, and technology deployment.
Has the capacity and the intention to contribute positively through financial or in-kind contributions, or sharing of knowledge, technologies and best practices.
Eligibility is subject to review by the secretariat for suitability as a partner of MSCA, on a regular basis.
